Sculpture in the South is the sole owner of the information collected on www.sculptureinthesouth.com. Sculpture in the South collects information from visitors at a few different points on our web site, including our contact form.

Profile

A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. The only drawback to this is that the user may be limited in some areas of our site.

Communications from the Site

Subscription Form
We may offer visitors to our site the opportunity to receive timely notification and information on events, classes, etc. through a subscription form where we ask for an email address. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Third Party Intermediaries
In the event we someday offer merchandise for sale on the site, or the opportunity to enroll in and pay for special events, classes, lectures, membership, or other intangible services, we would likely use an outside shipping company to ship merchandise, and a credit card processing company to bill users. Your personal financial information will NEVER be requested via email and you should NEVER provide unsolicited financial information (such as credit card number) or banking information in our contact form on our web site or in an email. The only instance in which you may be asked to provide personal financial information is via our SECURE fundraising website Zeffy.com. This site provides our visitors a secure and convenient way to financially support our organization. We may, at some point, use this same secure site to accept payment for tickets to future events, etc. Sculpture in the South does not have access to the personal financial information you provide through this fundraising portal. For your safety, we encourage users to always check for the "https://..." in any URL before providing any personal financial information online.

Offline Security
We take every precaution possible to protect our users’ information offline. All of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a bookkeeper or office manager) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
